چکیده

Natural bioactive compounds that trigger apoptosis in medicinal plants might be a promising new source of anti-cancer medications. The present study aimed to assess the potential powerful therapeutic plant Chrysanthemum indicum. whole extract was extracted n-hexane and ethanol solvents test anticancer antioxidative capabilities on cancer HepG2 cell line. cells untreated group had not been exposed any extracts. Ethanol extracts were administered treated lines. Cell viability estimated by employing standard methodologies for potential. death measured MTT, trypan blue, crystal violet tests. rate all groups using an Annexin-V ELISA. Furthermore, antioxidant enzyme activity studies carried out investigate scavenging activities nitric oxide, DPHH radicals, H2O2, superoxide, power When from lines with extracts, they showed lower viability, decreased proliferation, increased compared control cells, according findings. Plant extract-treated have stronger anti-oxidative than cells. In comparison extract, exhibited capability against It concluded indicum induce increasing apoptosis, status, decrease proliferation.
